Service Description
Are you prone to develop an injury and you want to return to sports, gym workouts or improve your fitness level and quality of life? This is your time to do something about it. With the guidance of a physiotherapist you will be working to get you back to an active lifestyle and most important to do this injury free. At the first appointment (60 minutes) we start with a conversation to what is important to you and in what areas you want to improve your fitness. We will then set realistic goals and start your training. Follow up appointments can either be 60 or 30 minutes. Important: These appointments can only be booked at Life & Sole (Monday, Thursday & Friday)
Cancellation Policy
Hans Physiotherapy will be open 4 days a week: Monday, Thursday and Friday at Life & Sole Tuesday at Old Market Building, Leys Road To secure your booking I require a 50% deposit. The deposit needs to be paid within 1 week after booking, failing this will lead to losing your appointment slot. It is always possible that unforeseen things happen or plans need to change. Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hr notice will get their deposit back or can reschedule the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hr notice will lose their deposit. Full charge is applied for cancellations with less than 4 hr notice or not attending the appointment. This is to ensure timely manner for all my patients.
