Sports massage - 60 min
Service Description
Sports massage can help you with prevention of injuries, recovery after heavy workout or as preparation for a big sports event. The sports massage will be carried out with the use of massage oil, to avoid friction of the skin and to reach deeper muscle tissues to stimulate the blood flow. During the first appointment a quick screening will be carried out to make there are no serious underlying illnesses or contra-indications. Cancellation Policy
Hans Physiotherapy will be open 4 days a week: Monday, Thursday and Friday at Life & Sole Tuesday at Old Market Building, Leys Road To secure your booking I require a 50% deposit. The deposit needs to be paid within 1 week after booking, failing this will lead to losing your appointment slot. It is always possible that unforeseen things happen or plans need to change. Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hr notice will get their deposit back or can reschedule the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hr notice will lose their deposit. Full charge is applied for cancellations with less than 4 hr notice or not attending the appointment. This is to ensure timely manner for all my patients.
